1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okplah ("we," "us," "our," "Platform") governing your access to and use of the okplah gaming platform located at okplah.cam and all associated services, games, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and are of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You further represent that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction of residence and that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by law.

okplah operates primarily for users residing in the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to users from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access gaming services on okplah, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure its accuracy throughout your use of the Platform.

Each user may register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify okplah immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

2.3 Identity Verification

okplah reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation within seven (7) calendar days of our request. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal delays, or account termination. We implement verification procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, prevent fraud, and ensure platform integrity.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

okplah accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your okplah account are derived from legitimate sources and belong to you exclusively. You may not deposit funds belonging to third parties, use stolen payment methods, or engage in any fraudulent financial activity. okplah reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may freeze accounts or reverse deposits pending investigation.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processor. okplah is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or network issues beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for successfully processed deposits except in cases of proven technical error or fraud by okplah.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and verification requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to forty-eight (48) hours of approval, with actual receipt times dependent on your chosen payment method and financial institution.

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts that have not been used for deposits. First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification as outlined in Section 2.3. Subsequent withdrawals to previously verified payment methods may be processed without additional verification unless suspicious activity is detected.

okplah reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests, defined as more than five (5) withdrawal requests within a seven (7) day period. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, if identity verification is incomplete, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the withdrawal violates any provision of these Terms.

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All financial transactions on okplah are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and you may incur currency conversion fees imposed by your financial institution. okplah is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by third parties.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

4.1 General Bonus Terms

okplah offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and special promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions, which are disclosed at the time of the bonus offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus abusers, and players engaging in strategic play designed primarily to meet wagering requirements rather than for entertainment purposes may have bonuses forfeited and accounts restricted or terminated. okplah reserves the right to refuse bonuses to any player at our sole discretion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type, with slots typically contributing 100%, table games contributing between 10% and 20%, and some games excluded entirely.

Maximum bet restrictions apply while wagering bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, typically between seven (7) and thirty (30) days, after which unmet bonuses and winnings will be removed from your account.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

okplah strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, making deposits solely to claim bonuses with minimal gameplay, or engaging in any pattern of play designed to circumvent bonus restrictions. Players suspected of bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited, winnings confiscated, and accounts suspended or permanently terminated without warning.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All players must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay or provide unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share information in games where such conduct provides unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain or competitive advantage
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in money laundering activities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or okplah staff through chat, messages, or any communication channel
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account
• Conducting arbitrage betting or any systematic betting strategy designed to guarantee profit without genuine risk
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the source code of okplah games or platform infrastructure

Violation of fair play rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent termination without refund of deposits or winnings. okplah reserves the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with criminal investigations.

5.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. Game results are final and cannot be altered after completion. In the rare event of a technical malfunction, software error, or disputed game result, okplah will investigate the issue thoroughly and make a determination in good faith based on available server logs and game data.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify okplah customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed game session. Failure to report disputes within this timeframe waives your right to challenge the result. okplah's decision regarding disputed results is final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming

We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits with automatic logout, self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent), reality checks, and access to responsible gaming resources and support organizations.

If you believe your gaming is becoming problematic, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion features, which allow you to voluntarily restrict access to your account for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration specified and cannot be lifted early.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, okplah and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if okplah has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okplah makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall okplah's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

okplah reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, bonus abuse, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform, other players, or okplah's reputation and business interests.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. If your account is terminated for cause (violation of Terms), okplah reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits and winnings. If your account is terminated without cause, your account balance will be returned to you within thirty (30) days, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you within seven (7) business days, provided all verification requirements have been met and no bonus wagering requirements are pending.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okplah Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, game designs, and compilations thereof, is the exclusive property of okplah or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from okplah.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against okplah. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and okplah regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. okplah's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without okplah's prior written consent. okplah may freely assign these Terms and its rights and obligations to any third party without restriction or notice to you.
